Your first real team.
JEAA isn't an internship, a club, or another line on a CV. It's thirty-two students from every faculty of unibz, building a consulting firm together — and building each other along the way.
More than a team.
A place you belong.
We're students figuring it out together — late-night revisions in the university library, wins that feel shared, failures we learn from without blame. JEAA is the space where your work actually matters, and so do you.
A family across every faculty.
Economics, Design, Engineering, Computer Science — thirty-two people who genuinely have your back. Weekend retreats, shared dinners, inside jokes that last years after graduation.
Learn by doing the real thing.
Real clients, real deliverables, real stakes. You'll pitch to partners like EY and Loacker, lead projects, and walk out of JEAA with skills no lecture can teach you.
Doors open for years after.
200+ alumni across Milan, London, Zurich, Berlin. Part of JE Italy (37 JEs, 1700+ students) and JE Europe. The people you meet in JEAA become your professional family.
Every faculty.
One attitude.
We're looking for students from every faculty of unibz — first years, final years, master's, whatever your background. What we care about isn't your CV. It's the way you show up.
- Active unibz student, any degree programme, any year
- You want to learn by building things that actually ship
- You’re kind, reliable, and curious about people who aren’t like you
- You can commit ~8 hours/week — we’ll protect your exam sessions
- You’re comfortable in English (our working language)
